You will be contacted by Addiopizzo for a first meeting, during which you will describe the history and characteristics of your business.

You will be asked to make documents available to the Association (certificate of the Chamber of Commerce, judicial or administrative acts, media articles) or other objective elements of any nature that can help the evaluation process.

4. VERIFICATION

Subsequently, Addiopizzo will proceed to assess the consistency of the provided documentation and to independently search for other elements by consulting public judicial and journalistic records.

5. DECLARATION OF COMMITMENT

Once the inquiry has been completed, in the event of a positive outcome, you will be invited to sign a formal declaration of solemn commitment to non-payment of the protection money in direct or indirect forms and to respect legality in the exercise of your business. These are necessary conditions for the inclusion and permanence of your company in thePAGO CHI NON PAGA list.

What Addiopizzo will do

The ‘mafia-free’ shops and businesses list is in the public domain and accessible to all. Addiopizzo will disseminate it among all consumers in the most appropriate forms. Any ascertainment of non-compliance with the commitment made with the above declaration will determine the immediate cancellation from the list.
