Legal Assistance in Court

Once the investigation phase is over, our lawyers will assist you in court by representing your case as a civil party. The Association will remain by your side, even in the courtroom.

What Are the Benefits?

Becoming a civil party in a trial allows you to assert your rights as a victim with the free legal assistance of our Association’s lawyers.
This also enables you to claim compensation for moral and financial damages caused by extortion attempts or actual extortion. Thanks to Law 512/1999, any compensation granted by the court can be paid directly by the Ministry of the Interior to victims who have joined the case as a civil party.

Our team of professionals and volunteers provides free assistance in accessing the Solidarity Fund for Victims of Extortion and Loan Sharking, regulated by Laws 44/1999 and 108/1996.

We guide victims through the application process and handle communications with the relevant authorities to ensure access to the available benefits.

Our Association’s psychologist provides free counseling and psychological support, extending assistance to your family members if needed.
